Karm-Syndia is a filmmaker, actress, producer, professional dancer, entrepreneur and philantropist.
Born and raised in Haiti, Karm-Syndia moved to the US at the age of 16 to pursue her career in the entertainment industry.
In 2009, she made her acting debut in ” Open Vacancy” by Patrick Jerome. Today, Karm-Syndia has a few shorts and features films under her belt and owns a production company KS Entertainment.
In 2011, she opened her first dance studio in Hyde park, MA and in 2021, opened a second location in Taunton MA. Her students have performed on some of the greatest stage like the TD Garden.
Karm-Syndia is also a philanthropist who believes in giving back and she does s by serving on the board of Terc, Epecare and her own foundation Espwa Demen(Hope
